Work Experience / Internships
We offer internships and work experience placements to talented students and recent graduates with a genuine desire to pursue a career in children's publishing. The tasks assigned vary but are usually a combination of editorial, administration, marketing and publicity related work. Please note that we do not currently offer design-based placements. You don't need to have any previous publishing experience but you do need to have a genuine desire and enthusiasm to enter the field of children's publishing, a strong academic background and a basic grasp of Microsoft Office packages. Internships in 2012 will be for a minimum of six weeks, but we are willing to offer interships full-time or part-time to suit the candidate's needs. We pay travel expenses within London.
